DESCRIPTION:Kim Gillespie is the Director of Hospital Development and Family Services at LifeShare, the nonprofit organ procurement organization dedicated to the recovery of organs and tissue for transplant purposes.  Kim joined LifeShare in 2014 as a hospital liaison and she now leads two teams that are responsible for helping develop the donation programs in the hospitals across the state of Oklahoma as well as the team that supports families during the donation process.
